Foot Reflexology is a Healing Therapy with evidence of it's roots dating back to ancient Egypt. Reflexology proposes that we have reflex points on our feet (also hands and head) that relate to our bodies structure and organs, and by working these pointswe can stimulate healing in our bodies. Amy has been doing Reflexology for more than 20 years and has found it to be very helpful with relieving stress, helping structural issue of the foot and with supporting healthy organ function.

She has 3 objectives when working on the feet:
To work the Reflex points,to help the structure of the foot be more flexible and free of pain,and last but not least, to have it feel GOOD.
